Bulk Buy
We believe God calls us to be wise stewards of the blessings He provides. Thatâs why weâve chosen to stay 100% onlineâfor nowâso we can grow intentionally without passing unnecessary costs on to you.
By operating without a storefront at this stage, weâre able to:
â Deliver premium, grass-fed, nutrient-dense Wagyu beef directly to your door
â Keep our pricing stable and consistent, regardless of the economy
â Avoid overhead that would force price increases or compromise quality
Our goal is to open a storefront in the future, but only when it aligns with our mission and allows us to continue serving you with integrity. Until then, weâre proud to bring the ranch to your doorstepâfresh, affordable, and full of flavor.
At Texas Stampede Meat, we offer premium bulk beef options to help you stock your freezer with high-quality, Texas-raised, chemical free beef. Choose from:
The more you buy, the more you saveâliterally! Bigger bundles come with a lower price per pound, which means more juicy Ribeyes, Filets, and T-Bones for your buck. Buying in bulk means you get exceptional value on top-tier cuts âall for a fraction of what youâd pay at the store. Itâs a cost-effective way to fill your freezer, feed your family, and enjoy peace of mind knowing your meat is clean, local, and delicious.
Buying in bulk gives you unbeatable value, fewer trips to the store, and a freezer full of clean, local, grass-fed beef you can count on. Premium meat, smart savings, Texas-style.
Fewer grocery trips, better meat, bigger savings. Whatâs not to love?
Beef Amount đ„© | Freezer Size Needed |
---|---|
100 lbsđ„© | 4â5 cu. ft. |
200 lbs đ„© | 8â10 cu. ft. |
400 lbsđ„© | 16â18 cu. ft. |
Always leave 1â2 cu. ft. of headroom for air circulation.
Use labels and bins to organize cuts.
For long-term storage, keep beef at 0°F (-18°C) or below.
When vacuum-sealed, kept at 0°F, and handled properly, high-quality beef like Wagyu can last up to a year or more in the freezer with consistent taste and texture. Because bulk beef requires more space, we highly recommend storing in a deep freezer.
Freezer Type | Longevity Notes |
---|---|
Chest Freezer | Stays colder, fewer temp swings â ideal |
Upright Freezer | Easier access, but opens more often |
Fridge Freezer Combo | Shorter lifespan due to temp shifts |
PERSONAL NOTE: I use upright freezers for easier access and better organization.
We believe our customers deserve the bestâso the best is what we provide.
Your health is our top priority. Thatâs why we focus exclusively on grass-fed, grain finished, chemical-free Wagyu beef: the highest quality beef you can get. Our goal is simpleâdeliver the highest quality, most tender, flavorful, natural, and nutrient-dense beef available.
Weâre about quality, integrity, and taste you can feel good about. Our Wagyu delivers everything beef should beâand nothing it shouldnât.
Grass-fed Wagyu offers a leaner profile and a rich, complex flavor that highlights the true essence of beef. Grain-finishing adds just the right amount of fat, allowing us to dry-age the beef longerâintensifying its bold flavor and tenderness. The result is a perfect balance of clean nutrition and luxurious flavor.
Grain-finishing doesnât mean lower quality or less healthyâit means elevated flavor. When done right (like we do it), it creates a luxurious beef experience that honors the Wagyu breed and satisfies serious meat lovers.
Higher Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids: Supports heart and brain health.
More Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA): A type of healthy fat linked to reduced inflammation and better metabolism.
Better fat quality: The intramuscular fat in Wagyu is primarily monounsaturated fat (MUFA), which is more heart-friendly than saturated fat.
No synthetic chemicals: Reduces exposure to endocrine-disrupting substances found in some conventional meats.
Lower risk of antibiotic resistance: Supports gut health and immune system balance.
Excellent source of:
Vitamin B12 & B6 â For energy and brain function
Zinc â For immune health
Iron (heme iron) â Easily absorbed, supports oxygen transport in blood
Selenium â A powerful antioxidant
Grass-fed cattle eating a natural diet store fewer toxins in fat tissue, since they're not exposed to chemical feeds, synthetic dewormers, or pesticides.
Grass-fed Wagyu contains higher levels of Vitamin E, glutathione, and beta-carotene, all of which combat oxidative stress and inflammation.
Benefit | What It Means for You |
---|---|
Heart-healthy fats | Improved cholesterol and cardiovascular health |

Higher CLA | May aid in fat loss and reduce inflammation |
Nutrient-dense | Better energy, immune function, and overall vitality |
Fewer toxins | Cleaner, more wholesome meat |
We proudly source our Wagyu cattle exclusively from ranches right here in Texasâspecifically in the greater Houston area.
By working directly with local ranchers, we ensure that every animal is:
Raised humanely on open pastures
100% hormone- and antibiotic-free
Fed a natural, forage-rich diet
Finished with care to enhance marbling and flavor
We maintain a hands-on relationship with our ranching partners, so we can guarantee full traceability, ethical practices, and the premium quality our customers expect.
This local, Texas-raised approach allows us to deliver Wagyu beef thatâs not only rich in flavor and nutritionâbut also deeply rooted in our community.
Cooking grass-fed, grain-finished Wagyu is all about preserving its incredible marbling and rich flavor. Because this beef is more tender and flavorful than typical cuts, you donât need to overdo itâsimple and careful is best.
đ„© 1. Let It Come to Room Temperature
Remove from the fridge 30â45 minutes before cooking
This helps the beef cook evenly and retain its juiciness
Wagyu shines with just salt and pepper
Avoid heavy marinadesâlet the beefâs natural flavor lead
Cast iron or stainless steel pans are ideal
Sear 1.5â2 minutes per side for steaks 1â1.5â thick
Internal temp guide:
Rare: 120â125°F
Medium-Rare: 130â135°F (ideal for Wagyu)
Medium: 140â145°F
đ„ Pro Tip: For thicker cuts, use the reverse-sear method: oven at 225°F until ~115°F internally, then sear hot to finish.
Let the steak rest 5â10 minutes after cooking
This allows juices to redistribute for maximum tenderness
For roasts, fajitas, or larger cutsâalways slice against the muscle fibers to keep the bite tender
No need for butterâthe Wagyu fat renders into the pan naturally (unless you just love butter :) )
Donât overcook! The premium fat will render too quickly and lose its signature richness past medium
